I wanted to share with you how I was greatly encouraged this past week. The EM tithes and offerings for the month of September was $13,556.17. That was the highest EM monthly offering since I have been at this church. I am not encouraged so much by the amount of money, but by your generosity and obedience. It reminds me of 2 Cor. 9:7-8: “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.” Thank you for showing your love for Christ through your giving. God has promised us that in our giving He will give us sufficiency in all things at all times. May we continue to abound in every good work.
