Just 4 more days left of 2011… (then the world is supposed to end in 2012 according to the Mayans). I hope and pray that 2011 was a year that you drew closer to the Lord. If it wasn’t, let me encourage you that God is not far from you. No matter how distant you may feel from Him, no matter what 2011 was like, you decide, by the power of the Spirit, how close you want to be to the Lord in 2012. There is no deadline on God’s forgiveness while we have breath in our lungs. He will make Himself known to you if you but ask. My deepest prayer for 2012 is that each of you and myself become more like Christ. I love all of you and have thoroughly enjoyed spending the past 7 months with you; I eagerly look forward to the next 12.
