1 Thess. 4:18 & 5:11 tell us to encourage one another; the context of this encouragement is this:
One day we will be caught up with the Lord in the air and we will always be with Him. It matters not whether it’s while we are alive or after we have died…all those who are in Christ will one day see Jesus face to face and we shall never have to leave Him. In the meantime, we have work to do. Therefore let us be sober, awake and alert for the time is at hand. Praise God that He has not destined us for wrath, but to obtain salvation. Jesus died for us that we might live with Him. I pray you are encouraged by this word.
