There are two types of Christians in this world: milestones and forks in the road. A milestone is essentially a marker. It tells us how far we have come. A fork in the road is a decision maker. It forces people to make a decision, one way or another. People can walk by a milestone and notice it for what it is; but then keep walking, unchanged. However, when people come to a fork, they must choose which path they will take. Do people notice your life for what it is, but then simply keep walking…or when they meet you, are they forced to make a choice. I pray that our lives will always be forks in the road.
